Expanding Access To Care
The newest St. Jude Health Center, Finamore Place to open in Anaheim
Thanks to donor support, Providence St. Jude Medical Center is preparing for the opening of Finamore Place Health Center. This brand new clinic, expected to open August 2024, makes essential health care more accessible to the underserved in Orange County.
Located at 915 E. Orangewood Avenue in Anaheim, the new center will deliver various health services, including pediatrics, OB-GYN, prenatal care and optometry. The clinic will complement nearby resources like the library, family resource center and neighborhood farm, helping improve the community’s health and quality of life.
Providence St. Jude Memorial Foundation’s annual Neighbors Helping Neighbors: A Concert on the Hill, held on May 2, 2024, at Summit House Restaurant, raised just under $180,000 to support optometry services at the Finamore Place Health Center.
“Serving the vulnerable and restoring dignity to those in need is central to our mission,” says Dub Drees, chief philanthropy officer. “We are blessed to be part of a community that partners with us in this work. Together, we are touching lives by enhancing the health and well-being of our neighbors.”
