Our Most Treasured Society
Steadfast in supporting the community
The Sister Jane Frances Legacy Society honors individuals who have made legacy gifts in their estate plans to benefit Providence St. Jude Medical Center.
The legacy society, named after Sister Jane Frances Powers, CSJ, pays tribute to the remarkable contributions she made for three decades. As the medical center’s first president, Sister Jane’s visionary leadership transformed the hospital from a 125-bed community facility to the respected medical center it is today. Her contributions to Providence St. Jude and her community will always be an integral part of our medical center’s history.
Members of our society include current and former caregivers, grateful patients, physicians and community champions who are actively living out our mission. To honor and recognize their unwavering commitment, the Foundation provides recognition throughout the hospital and extends exclusive invitations to special events, such as the highly anticipated annual luncheon. This year’s luncheon celebrated our dedicated members and gave guests a peek into Providence St. Jude’s plans for the future.
If you would like to learn more about how to establish a legacy at Providence St. Jude, contact Frank Bernal, director of planned giving, at 714-992-3033 or Frank.Bernal@providence.org.
