For the past four years, our friends at BMW of Buena Park have raised $150,000 through their DRVPNK Across America Day and Power of Pink event. The dealership also provided “Totes for Hope” comfort bags filled with blankets, socks and messages of encouragement to deliver to patients at the Crosson Cancer Institute.

Our generous donor community has long appreciated the work of our caregivers and has kindly donated to the Caregiver Assistance Fund.

Providence St. Jude Medical Center’s Community Health Investment Programs support several local initiatives, including the Caregiver Resource Center (CRC). The CRC is a nonprofit organization that partners with families caring for frail adults over 60 years old and those with brain impairing conditions such as Alzheimer’s disease.

Melissa Ferguson was churning through the health system, advocating for labs, getting reassured she was fine. But then: colorectal cancer. Thankfully, she landed at Providence St. Jude Medical Center’s Crosson Cancer Institute.

Elizabeth Styffe was diagnosed with a grade 4 glioblastoma, a brain tumor with an average prognosis of 15-18 months. Elizabeth and her husband Glenn, turned to the one place they trusted with her life: Providence St. Jude Medical Center.
